TicketCo is now looking for experienced Key Account Managers to help grow this important area of business to help meet a strong market need for the digitalisation of the event industry. The pandemic has forced the whole industry into an era of digitalisation and a wave of hybrid events and the audience requires more digital solutions. This offers organisers the opportunity to reach an international and limitless audience. These are very exiting times as TicketCo is in the perfect position for exponential growth in this market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the cultural industry and be used to working with enterprise sales in technology, ticketing and/or the payment area. As key team member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of our culture sector. The TicketCo product has proven to have a significant impact on our customers’ business.
Your responsibilities will include building, managing and fulfilling a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration within the European cultural market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying customer needs, working with different stakeholders in larger organisations and calculate financial and strategic impact that innovative technology has on our target customers. It is also important that you have the business experience to drive engagement with c-level management and relevant employees for cross-organisational consensus within the target audience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share within the culture sector for TicketCo
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute against a sales plan
- Maintain a robust pipeline
- Work with other departments to help secure a good customer journey
- Manage contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of the TicketCo product range
TicketCo is digital first with extensive use of video meetings. However some travelling will be required.
